Middle Eastern Friendship Centre

A gathering place where people from the Middle East, Africa and other cultures can connect with each other and learn how to access community resources. Some of the services include:

  • providing free furniture to newcomers
  • help with paperwork (eg school forms, job applications, tax forms)
  • seminars (health services, immigration policies, banking)
  • connections with community services (barbers, dentists, lawyers) 
  • conversational English classes
  • library
Hours are Wednesday to Friday, 11:00 to 6:00, and Saturday, 10:00 to 6:00.
